It is the first question we get and almost nobody answers it: of the 21 production companies in Barcelona compared by Webtonic (updated 9 October 2026), none publishes its prices. We do, because knowing upfront saves everyone time.
The short answer
At Adauge, a two- or three-minute corporate video starts at €2,500 + VAT. That includes the script, one shooting day with a two-person crew, interviews, editing, grading, sound, library music and two rounds of changes. Beyond that, the price rises with the shooting days, the locations, the people on screen and the versions you need.
Directories show much lower figures: Cronoshare (2 January 2026) gives an average price of €350 to €998 in Spain and “from €499” in Barcelona. These are prices for a freelancer with a camera, and for some things that is enough. The difference with a production company lies in the script, the crew, the lighting, the sound and in someone thinking through the story before the shoot.
What each type of piece costs
| Piece | From (+ VAT) | Typical turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| Corporate video (2-3 min) | €2,500 | 4-6 weeks |
| Event video (summary piece) | €900 | 48-72 hours |
| Social media content (4-6 pieces) | €1,200 | 2-3 weeks |
| Advert or brand film (20-60 s) | €4,500 | 5-8 weeks |
| AI-made piece (up to 60 s) | €3,000 | 3-5 weeks |
| Company documentary (10-30 min) | €9,000 | 3-6 months |
Turnarounds run from the day the proposal is approved and assume that revisions are returned within two or three working days.
What the price depends on
- Shooting days. This is what moves the budget most: crew, equipment and travel are charged by the day.
- The script. Adapting a text you already have is not the same as researching and writing the story from scratch.
- The people on screen. Interviewing your team does not cost the same as hiring actors, with their image rights.
- The locations. Filming on your own premises is the simplest option; several locations, permits or travel make it dearer.
- The music. Library music is included in the price; a composed piece or a well-known song is paid separately.
- The versions. Formats for each social network, subtitles or languages: it is best to ask for them at the start, because they are prepared during the shoot.
- Urgency. The turnaround can be shortened, with a surcharge and if the shoot allows it.
Does AI make it cheaper?
Sometimes. AI makes cheaper what would be very expensive or impossible on camera: a past period, a place that does not exist, dozens of versions of one campaign. An AI-made advert, for example, starts at €3,000 + VAT.
But it does not replace the shoot when the truth matters: testimonials, real people, your team, your product as it is. In a corporate video, the camera almost always wins. We explain this in when we use AI and when we do not.
Who owns the video
You, to use as you wish: with no time or territory limit, on your website, social media, at events, on television or in advertising. The contract should say so, because the Spanish Intellectual Property Act (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, article 43) limits to five years and to one country any assignment of rights that does not specify a time or territory. If actors appear or licensed music is used, the proposal states exactly which uses are covered.
How to ask for a useful quote
To give you a fixed price, we only need to know five things:
- What you want to tell and why now.
- Who it is aimed at.
- Where it will be seen: website, social media, an event, television.
- Whether there is a date that cannot move.
- An approximate budget, if you have one: it helps us suggest the best way to tell the story with that money.
With that, we send you a proposal covering how to tell it, the timings and the price. Work out your budget and tell us your story, or see what we do in corporate video.
