How we work out the price.
Why prices vary so much
You will see videos at very different prices because they are not the same job. A simple recording does not include what a production with script, direction, crew, editing, grading, sound and usage rights does. Our prices adapt to what each project needs, from a half-day shoot to a full film: hence the difference.
How the price estimate is worked out
It starts from what each type of piece costs in its simplest version (the “from” price of each service) and adds whatever changes the work: length, shooting crew, parts made with AI, travel and extras. The upper end of the estimate leaves room for what only shows up in the detail: how many people speak, how many locations, how many rounds of changes. Above €20,000 we only give the starting point: a project like that we budget with you.
All prices are shown + VAT. Films for cinema have no price estimate: each one is a different financing project.

What do you need to know to give me a price?
What you want to tell, who it is for, where it will be seen and when you need it. If you have a budget in mind, tell us: it helps us propose what fits best.
Is the price estimate the final price?
It is a guide so you know what range you are in. Once we have talked about your project, we send you a written proposal with what it includes and a fixed price.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one or two working days. The person who will look after your message reads it, and we reply with questions and ideas.
How long does the video take?
A corporate video takes 4 to 6 weeks from the day we approve the proposal; an advert, 5 to 8; an event summary piece, 48 to 72 hours. If you have a fixed date, tell us at the start: the proposal is planned around it.
How many changes can I ask for?
Each proposal states the rounds of changes included. For example, a corporate video and an animation include two, and training and post-production, one.
Who owns the video once it is finished?
You, to use as you wish: with no time or territory limit, on your website, social media, at events, on television or in advertising. We may show it as our own work, unless we agree confidentiality. If actors appear or licensed music is used, the proposal states exactly which uses are covered.
With a camera or with artificial intelligence?
The story decides. Testimonials, real people and products that must be seen as they are call for a camera. Past periods, impossible worlds and versions for many markets call for AI. Often the best option is to combine both. When we use AI.
Can you help me raise funding for a film?
No: our job is producing, whether for clients or our own projects. If your film fits its values, you can present it to the Nobis Fidem Foundation, which supports projects like that. If what you need is a teaser to pitch it, we do produce that.
Do you do weddings?
No. Adauge Productions does not film weddings: they are handled by Visual.Wedding, ADAUGE’s wedding department (site in Spanish).
