AI avatar or a recorded person?
We do both. An AI avatar turns a script into a virtual presenter; a recording puts a real person in front of your audience. We help you choose and, whichever it is, we take care of everything.
With an AI avatar, if…
- The content is informative and changes often
- You need many versions or languages on a smaller budget
- What matters is the text, not who says it
- It is about notices, rules or short updates
- You want to update it without recording again
Recording a person, if…
- Who teaches matters: an experienced person from your organisation
- You need to show something real: a machine, a movement, a place
- You want your team to receive the message from someone close
- The course represents your brand to clients
- It will last for years and deserves a careful finish
With an avatar, we handle the script, the virtual presenter and its voice, the editing, the captions and the versions in other languages. If the avatar reproduces someone from your team, only with their written permission.
What’s included.
- Script and content preparation
- One recording day with one speaker, or the virtual presenter and its voice
- Editing and on-screen captions
- One round of changes
How we work.
- We organise the content into modules
- We prepare the speaker or the avatar
- We record or generate
- We edit and deliver for your platform
What you get
Designed to be used.
In modules
Each topic in its own video. If a procedure changes, we redo that module, not the whole course; with an avatar, changing the script is enough.
Ready for your platform
We deliver in the format your training platform requires.
In other languages
Recorded, with subtitles or dubbing. With an avatar, every language comes from the same script, with the same presenter.
Internal content
If the course includes restricted information, we agree confidentiality in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us most.
How much does a video course cost?
From €2,000 + VAT for up to 30 final minutes, with one recording day and one speaker. With an AI avatar, from €1,300 + VAT. It rises with the minutes and the production level. You can work out a price estimate further down.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 5 weeks. If your content is ready, it takes less; with an avatar it is usually quicker, as there is no recording.
Can it be used on our training platform?
Yes, we deliver the videos in the format your platform requires, by module.
If we record, does the speaker need experience on camera?
No. We prepare them beforehand and, if needed, add a teleprompter (€150).
Can it be translated?
Yes: subtitles or a version in another language, priced by length. With an avatar, every language comes from the same script.
Can it be done with an AI avatar?
Yes. We write the script, prepare the virtual presenter and its voice, edit, and make the versions in other languages. It costs less and can be updated without recording again. If the avatar reproduces a real person, only with their written permission.
Who owns the course?
You do, with no time limit. If it is internal material, we agree not to show it.
