Streaming is one of the services we prepare for companies and institutions. If your event does not need to go out live, recording it and editing a summary may be enough.
What we need from you and from the venue.
A live broadcast goes well when it is prepared in advance. This list shows you what to have ready; we go through it with you when we talk about the event.
What you need to give us
- The programme, with times, speakers and breaks
- The slides and videos, a few days before
- Names and job titles for the captions, and your logo
- Where it goes out: your website, YouTube or a private stream, with the access details
- A contact person who can make decisions on the day
- If the audience appears on screen, how you will tell them it is being broadcast
What the venue needs
- Access to the room to prepare the broadcast
- A stable internet connection, and someone who knows it
- Access to the room’s sound, with the person who runs it
- A place for the crew with a view of the stage
- Power close to that place
- Time to set up and test before the audience arrives
The sooner you tell us, the better: we ask for 2 weeks to prepare a live broadcast.

What people ask us most.
How much does it cost to stream an event?
From €1,800 + VAT for half a day with two cameras. The price rises with the length, the number of cameras and the options you add, such as streaming to several platforms (€150) or the recording with a summary video (€500). You can work out a price estimate further down.
How much notice do you need?
Ideally 2 weeks, so we can prepare it calmly. If your event is sooner, tell us and we will say whether we can make it.
What if the internet fails?
It depends on the venue. If its connection is doubtful, we suggest a backup one and agree on it before the event.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube or your website. Private streams with registration and several platforms at once are available as added options.
Can you connect remote speakers?
Yes, as an added option: they join the broadcast like another camera, and we test them before starting.
Who owns the recording?
If you add the recording, it is yours to use as you wish. We may show it as our own work, unless we agree on confidentiality, which is common for internal events.
Do you also just record events?
Yes. If you do not need a live stream, choose event recording in the calculator: filming and a summary piece.
